Darakta-Janar na Cibiyar Karbar Baƙi da Yawon Bude Ido ta Ƙasa (NIHOTOUR), Alhaji Nura Kangiwa, ya ce Nijeriya ita ce ƙasar da ta fi Jajircewa a fannin yawon buɗe ido na gastronomy a Afirka ta fuskar bambancin ƙabilu da al’adun abinci na musamman.
Kangiwa ya bayyana haka ne a Abuja ranar Asabar a bukin Gastronomy Edition na Uku mai taken “Culinary Arts, Kofar Habaka Yawon Shakatawa”.
Ya kara da cewa, kasar ta kasance kan gaba wajen yawon bude ido a nahiyar Afirka, yana mai cewa cibiyar za ta ci gaba da taimakawa kokarin gwamnati na dorewar dan lokaci.
“Najeriya ce kasa ta farko da ta fi kowacce gasa yawon bude ido a Afirka. Ana iya samun wannan a cikin bambance-bambancen kabilun mu da kuma daidaitattun al’adun abinci na musamman.
“Baje kolin kayan abinci na yau ya nuna yawan abincin Najeriya.
“Gastronomy wata al’ada ce ta al’ummomi ta hanyar zabin abinci, tushen kayan abinci da nau’o’in abinci, saboda yawanci yana bunƙasa a wurare masu albarka kamar Najeriya.”
A cewar babban daraktan, abinci a Najeriya na nuni da kyawun gastronomic na kasa da kuma bambancin.

“Yana da sauri ya zama babban ɓangaren haɓakawa a cikin gudummawar da muke bayarwa ga Babban Haɗin Cikin Gida (GDP) ga duk ƙasashe masu tasowa a duniya.”
Har ila yau, Darakta Janar na Kamfanin Fina-Finai na Najeriya (NFC), Dokta Chidia Maduekwe, ta ce an sanya Najeriya a matsayin daya daga cikin wuraren da aka fi ziyarta a Afirka wajen karbar baki da yawon bude ido.
Maduekwe ya ce akwai wuraren karbar baki da wuraren yawon bude ido a fadin kasar da har yanzu ba a kai ga yin amfani da su ba.
Ya kara da cewa wuraren aiki da wuraren aiki sun ci gaba da samar da nishadi da ci gaba.
A cewarsa, wadannan sun taimaka wajen inganta juyin-juya-halin ciyawa da kare muhalli da kare muhalli.
“Wadannan shafuka da wuraren sun zama wuraren tallace-tallace da cin abinci na musamman na Najeriya.
“Waɗannan duka sun haɗa da haɓaka haɗin gwiwar al’adun gida da ci gaba.”
A nasa jawabin jakadan Senegal a Najeriya Mista Nicolas Nyouky, ya yabawa NIHOTOUR bisa hadin gwiwa da ofishin jakadancin Senegal kan raba kayan abinci masu kyau.
