Tun da farko, babban jami’in sadarwa na UNICEF, Dokta Geoff Njoku, ya ce an shirya taron ne domin sake tantance sakamakon da aka samu kan ayyukan kasa tsakanin shekarar 2018 zuwa 2022, da kuma fara tattaunawa kan manufofin da za a cimma tsakanin shekarar 2023 zuwa 2027.

Ya kuma ce an gudanar da tattaunawar ta kafafen yada labarai ne domin duba halin da dokar kare hakkin yara da Najeriya ta dauka shekaru 20 da suka gabata.

Dokta Njoku ya tabbatar da cewa kare hakkin yara yana raguwa a kowane bangare saboda haka akwai bukatar aiwatar da shi yadda ya kamata.

Wakilin CRIB a wurin tattaunawar, Temitoye Falayi, ya ce sabon takardun shirin kasar ya mayar da hankali ne kan muhimman fannonin da gwamnatin Najeriya ke bukatar tallafin UNICEF, kamar ilimi da kudi.

Ya jera muhimman fannonin da suka hada da Ilimin Kiwon Lafiya da Abinci, da Shawarwari kan manufofin zamantakewa, WASH, HIV/AIDS da kare yara.

“Sabuwar shirin ƙasar ya ƙunshi mahimmancin ƙayyadaddun kayan aiki don ba da gudummawa ga gina shaidun da ke tattare da tattara bayanai, bincike da kuma amfani da shi ga yara da mata don tallafawa manufofin zamantakewa da shirye-shirye masu dacewa,” in ji Falayi.
