Shugaban kasar Belarus Alexander Lukashenko ya ce kasarsa ta fara karbar makaman kare dangi na Rasha wadanda wasu daga cikinsu sun fi karfin bama-baman nukiliya da Amurka ta jefa kan Hiroshima da Nagasaki a shekarar 1945.
