“A kan haka ne nake kira ga ‘yan Najeriya a ko’ina da kada su yi kasa a gwiwa wajen fatattakar al’umma.”
Da yake alƙawarin ƙudurin Majalisar Dokoki ta ƙasa a ƙarƙashin jagorancinsa na ba da tsarin doka don ciyar da al’umma gaba. Yayin da muke bikin cika shekaru 63 da samun ‘yancin kai – ‘yancin kai daga mulkin mallaka, dole ne mu tuna da gagarumin sadaukarwar da kakanninmu suka yi; Dokta Nnamdi Azikiwe, Cif Obafemi Awolowo, Sir Ahmadu Bello da Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa, da dai sauransu, kuma sun jajirce kan manufofin da suka yi wa’azi da suka hada da samar da hadin kan kasa, zaman lafiya, adalci, da hakuri da juna.
