Wani kwararre a fannin kiwon lafiya, Dokta John Aigbonohan ya bayyana cewa aiki na iya taka muhimmiyar rawa wajen daidaita tunanin mutane. Yayin da yake yarda cewa wuraren aiki na iya ba da gudummawa ga ƙalubalen lafiyar kwakwalwa, ya lura cewa za su iya zama abin kariya ga lafiyar hankali.

A cewarsa, duk da yuwuwar aikin na haifar da damuwa, yana iya zama ƙaƙƙarfan ƙawance wajen haɓakawa da kuma kiyaye lafiyar kwakwalwa. Wannan kyakkyawan sakamako, in ji shi, ya dogara ne kan aiwatar da dabaru da dabaru iri-iri.

Waɗannan shisshigi sun ƙunshi dabaru da dama, kamar tantancewa da kuma ragewa daga baya, gyara, ko kawar da abubuwan wurin aiki waɗanda ke haifar da haɗari ga lafiyar hankali. “Wannan yana nufin ba wai kawai magance batutuwan matakin sama ba, amma zurfafa zurfafa cikin bangarori daban-daban na dangantakar kiwon lafiya da aiki don ƙirƙirar yanayin da ke ba da tallafi da gaske da haɓaka jin daɗin tunani da tunanin mutane. Wannan yana da fa’ida saboda ƙwaƙƙwaran kai, ƙwazo, ma’aikata masu kishi sune mafi kyawun kadari da kowace ƙungiya za ta iya samu. Irin wannan ya kamata ya sami ƙungiyar ƙwararrun masana waɗanda ke ba da ingantattun hanyoyin warwarewa, gami da tarurrukan bita, zaman horo, da samun damar yin amfani da kayan aiki masu mahimmanci don kula da lafiyar hankali,” in ji shi.
