Ma’aikatun Biritaniya sun yi shirin kara wa ma’aikatansu albashi mafi yawa a cikin akalla shekaru 11 amma har yanzu kaso 5% na albashin ma’aikata zai ragu ba kamar yadda ake sa ran ai kau ba sakamakon hauhawar farashin kayayyaki, kamar yadda binciken ranar litinin ya nuna.
Bankin Ingila na fargabar hauhawar farashin kayayyaki kuma da wuya a daidaita idan har ba’a cimma matsaya akan yarjejeniyar biyan kuɗi ba, Cibiyar Ci gaban Ma’aikata ta Chartered (CIPD) ta ce kashi 55% na masu daukar ma’aikata sun shirya ɗaukar aiki a madaidaicin albashi a wannan shekara yayin da suke fafutukar ɗaukar hayar rike ma’aikata a cikin matsananciyar kasuwar kwadago ta Biritaniya.
Kyaututtukan albashi na shekara-shekara da ake tsammanin a cikin 2023 sun tashi zuwa 5% – mafi girma tun lokacin da aka fara tara bayanan CIPD a cikin 2012 – daga cikin kashi 4% a cikin watanni uku da suka gabata.
Fiye da rabin wadanda suka amsa sun bayar da rahoton cewa suna fuskantar matsala wajen cike gurbi, kuma kusan daya cikin uku ana tsammanin irin wadannan batutuwa a cikin watanni shida masu zuwa.
“Kwararrun maaikata sunyi karanci a fuskar kasuwar kwadago wanda ke ci gaba da zama abin mamaki idan aka yi la’akari da koma bayan tattalin arziki da hauhawar farashin kayayyaki da kuma matsalar tsadar rayuwa,” in ji Jon Boys, babban masanin tattalin arziki a kasuwar kwadago a CIPD.
Binciken ya kuma nuna tazarar da ake samu tsakanin jama’a da masu zaman kansu na albashin ma’aikata.
Shirye-shiryen biyan albashi a ma’aikatun gwamnati ya ragu zuwa kashi 2% daga kashi 3% a cikin watanni uku da suka gabata, idan aka kwatanta da 5% a kamfanoni masu zaman kansu, in ji CIPD.
Sakamako ya nuna matsin lambar da ake fuskanta a yayin da manyan ma’aikata da suka hada da ma’aikatan jinya da malamai da ma’aikatan sufurin jama’a ke gudanar da jerin yajin aiki saboda albashi da yanayin aiki.
