Kotun ta bayar da umarnin hana kungiyoyin kwadagon Najeriya NLC da TUC shiga duk wani mataki na masana’antu kan cire tallafin man fetur da dai sauransu.
Wannan na kunshe ne a cikin wata wasika da babban mai shari’a na kasar kuma ministan shari’a, Lateef Fagbemi ya aike wa kungiyoyin kwadago.
Fagbemi ya ce yajin aikin na dindindin da ake sa ran za a fara ranar 3 ga watan Oktoba ya saba wa tsarin rayuwa da kuma rashin mutunta mutunci da mutuncin kotun.
Babban Lauyan ya shawarci babban Lauyan Najeriya Mista Femi Falana da ya yi nasara kan wadanda yake karewa da su mutunta umarnin kotu tare da ba da damar tattaunawa da ake yi tsakanin bangarorin kan yadda za a magance kalubalen da ke tattare da cire tallafin man fetur.
Fagbemi ya jaddada cewa, daga cikin sanarwar da kungiyar NLC ta fitar bayan taron majalisar zartarwa ta kasa a ranar 31 ga watan Agusta da kuma sanarwar hadin gwiwa da shugabannin NLC da TUC suka yi a ranar 26 ga watan Satumba, “a fili ya ke cewa yajin aikin da ake shirin yi shi ne na farko don ci gaba da gudanar da aikin. batutuwan da suka shafi cire tallafin man fetur, hauhawar farashin man fetur da kuma abubuwan da suka haifar da samar da ababen more rayuwa da walwalar ma’aikata.”

Sun ce matakin ya zama dole bayan daure duk wata hanya ta kawo gwamnati kan teburin tattaunawa don magance bukatun ma’aikata.
A cikin sanarwar da aka fitar mai dauke da abubuwa biyar bayan ganawar da suka yi da sassansu daban-daban, ta ce “Majalisar Zartaswa ta Kasa (NEC) na Kungiyar Kwadago ta Kasa (NLC) da Trade Union Congress of Nigeria (TUC) a tarukan da suka yi daban-daban sun yi nazari sosai kan abubuwan da ke faruwa a halin yanzu, halin da ake ciki a kasar nan, tare da la’akari da dimbin wahalhalu da rashi da ‘yan kasar ke addabar al’ummar kasar a duk fadin Jihohin Tarayyar kasar baki daya, sun yi tir da halin ha’ula’i da kuma jinkirin da aka yi na shawo kan illar hauhawar farashin man fetur ga ‘yan Nijeriya.”
