Gwamnan ya ce “Hukuncin Kotun Daukaka Kara nasara ce ga dimokuradiyyar kasa da kuma tabbatar da alhakin Hukumar Zabe Mai Zaman Kanta ta Kasa, INEC, na yin aiki a matsayin alkali mara son kai.”
“Ina maraba da hukuncin kotun daukaka kara da ke zamanta a Abuja kan karar zaben gwamnan Osun tare da matukar farin ciki da godiya ga bangaren shari’a da suka yi adalci kan lamarin.
“Wannan hukuncin ya sake jaddada hukumci da alhakin da ke kan INEC na yin aiki a matsayin alkalan wasa marasa son zuciya, musamman wajen tunkarar al’amuran da suka shafi tsarin tantance masu kada kuri’a, BVAS.
“Wannan yana cikin duba yawan kuri’u da rashin bin dokar zabe.
“Dole ne in yaba wa jajircewa da sahihancin da kwamitin mutane uku na Kotun Daukaka Kara suka nuna, wanda ya yanke hukuncin cewa wadanda suka shigar da kara sun gaza tabbatar da zargin da ake yi na yin zabe da kuma rashin bin ka’ida,” in ji shi.
A cewar Gwamna Okowa, wannan nasara na zuwa ne a daidai lokacin da al’ummar Osun suka rungumi jam’iyyar PDP a matsayin jam’iyyarsu, wadda suka zabe shi daidai a duk zabukan ‘yan majalisun tarayya da na jiha a babban zaben da aka kammala.
“Wannan nasara ga dukkan mutanen Osun ce, domin hakika haske ya fito ya fi karfin duhu.
“A madadin iyalaina, gwamnati da kuma al’ummar Delta, ina taya dan uwana, Gwamna Ademola Adeleke murnar wannan nasara mai kwarin gwiwa.”
Kotun sauraren kararrakin zabe da ke Osun ta kori Ademola Adeleke daga mukaminsa a ranar 27 ga watan Janairu, 2023, bayan da tsohon gwamnan jihar, Gboyega Oyetola da jam’iyyarsa ta APC a watan Agustan 2022, suka shigar da kara a gaban kotun domin kalubalantar nasarar zaben. Adeleke.
Daga cikin batutuwa da dama, Oyetola ya bayyana cewa an kada kuri’a a rumfunan zabe 749 da ke kananan hukumomi 10 na jihar.
Ya kuma ce dan takarar jam’iyyar PDP bai samu rinjayen kuri’un da ya dace ba a zaben gwamna da aka gudanar a ranar 16 ga Yuli, 2022.
Tsohon gwamnan ya bayar da hujjar cewa Mista Adeleke ya yi jabun takardun shaidar karatun da ya mika wa hukumar zabe mai zaman kanta ta kasa (INEC) domin ya tsaya takara.
Sai dai a wata yarjejeniya guda daya da kwamitin mutum uku karkashin mai shari’a Mohammed Shuaibu ya jagoranta a ranar Juma’a, kotun daukaka kara ta yi watsi da hukuncin kotun tare da yanke hukuncin tabbatar da Adeleke a matsayin dan takarar gwamnan jihar Osun.
Kwamitin ya ce kotun ta jihar Osun ta yi kuskure da ta ce “akwai watsi da kada kuri’a, da’awar da Oyetola da APC suka yi kawai suka dogara, don haka ba ta tabbatar da hakan ta kowace fuska.”
Alkalin ya zargi Oyetola da APC da cewa sun dogara ne kawai da bayanan da aka samu daga uwar garken baya, kuma sun kasa duba rajistar masu kada kuri’a wanda ya zama ginshikin tsarin zabe baki daya, don haka ba za su iya karfafa zarge-zargen da ake yi musu na yawan kuri’u ba.
Dangane da batun shari’a kuwa, kotun ta yanke hukunci a kan Adeleke inda ta bayyana cewa bisa ga sashe na 285 (8) na kundin tsarin mulkin kasar, kamar yadda aka yi wa kwaskwarima, kotu na da hurumin daukaka kara.
Kotun ta kuma bayar da zunzurutun kudi har N500,000 kan jam’iyyar All Progressives Congress, da dan takararta, Gboyega Oyetola.
